I interviewed for a Salesforce-related role using an L1 panel plus a Trailhead-based use-case demo, with average difficulty across both.

L1 conversational panel — I spoke with a project manager and a director; the discussion mixed background, technical questions, and behavioral probing.
L2 use case exercise — I configured and demonstrated a solution using a Trailhead scenario. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer; the takeaway is that success depended on both conversational technical depth and hands-on Trailhead-based configuration.
