I experienced a French-language interview flow that separated HR screening, motivation-focused onsite, and a technical deep-dive with an expert before an offer decision.

Phone HR interview — Focused on experience and the type of position I was seeking.
Onsite HR/motivation interview — More about motivation.
Technical interview with expert — Deep questions tied to details from my CV and my technical competencies.
Offer proposition — An offer was proposed after the technical evaluation.

Outcome: Offer received—I was given an offer after a structured HR + technical flow.
