I had a couple of interviews that went reasonably well, but the feedback loop from HR was slow and left me uncertain.

Technical interview round — I felt the questions were interesting and thought-provoking, and the interviewer was friendly and supportive.
Technical interview round (second) — I completed another technical round that went well; afterward I kept following up for feedback. Outcome: I didn’t move forward and only received an update after a long delay, so my takeaway was to treat follow-ups as part of the process and plan for slower HR communication.
