PunePosted Feb 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through Capgemini’s structured software-engineer process, which felt smooth overall and completed within a relatively short timeline, ending after a few rounds.

Resume/assessment sequence — After resume screening, I completed an online aptitude/technical assessment.
Technical interviews — I went into technical rounds where the focus stayed practical and role-aligned, and I was given space to answer calmly.
HR discussion — A final HR conversation closed the loop; one report noted results could be given the same day. Outcome: I didn’t end up with an offer, but the journey felt well organized and conversational, with a clear, standard cadence.
