PunePosted Feb 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I faced a tougher screening and multi-level interview structure where even incomplete coding could still make it eligible, but later stages were more demanding.

Aptitude/assessment + coding screen — There were eligibility screenings; the process indicated I could be considered even if I couldn’t solve coding for low LPA targets.
Technical Level 1 — Medium-complex work starting from basics.
Technical Level 2 (harder) — Continued into more advanced territory, ending with an architecture-focused question.
HR interview — HR step focused on readiness and documents; background verification was expected afterward.

Outcome: No offer—despite completing the structured levels, I didn’t receive the offer in the end.
