I went through an early elimination stage with an online assessment, followed by a final interview only if I qualified.

Online assessment — I completed an MCQ-style test covering aptitude, logic, and verbal questions (about 20–30). Some versions also included basic IT fundamentals like DBMS/OS/networking and 1–2 easy coding/pseudocode questions.
Campus/virtual final interview — I was told the process works by qualifying the online test first, then moving to a final interview conducted virtually. Outcome: I didn’t reach the later stage (no offer), but the test acted as a clear gatekeeper and the format felt straightforward.
