Even when the interview itself sounded standard, my experience was derailed by disorganization and lack of clear communication.

HR screening + back-to-back rounds — I joined HR screening and then two back-to-back interviews, but both were technical and the overall process felt extremely disorganized.
Onsite day logistics — In another attempt, I waited for hours without a clear queue, and resumes were collected randomly; the environment felt unorganized.
Scheduling with no follow-up — I had an interview slotted quickly, but HR didn’t respond with any updates after.
No response and communication breakdown — I reached out multiple times after interviews and later had another recruiter interaction
