I interviewed for a Consultant role through multiple stages centered on SAP/process understanding, and the questions were hard enough to require precise scenario thinking.

HR screening — A first conversation about my background and fit.
Technical round (SAP module concepts) — I was asked about SAP SD concepts using a mix of definitions and scenarios.
Managerial / project-focused round — I discussed project experience, stakeholder handling, and how I approach problems.
HR closing — Topics included compensation and availability/onboarding formalities. Outcome: I didn’t move forward for an offer, but the structure clearly mapped to evaluating both technical depth and consulting execution.
