BengaluruPosted Mar 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a fairly standard technical-plus-management flow with Java/domain detail, spanning a few interviews over about a month.

Round 1 (HR / first contact) — An initial conversation with HR about motivation, background, and how I saw my future activities.
Round 2 (technical, project recap) — A technical discussion centered on my prior SAP-related projects and what I actually did.
Round 3 (managerial round) — A manager interview focused on project-related questions. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, and the overall vibe was organized and focused on how my previous project experience translates into the role.
