I had a backend/system-design-oriented interview sequence (mostly average difficulty) spread across two rounds, where each stage probed different layers of backend knowledge.

Technical round — I was asked about Java version differences and Spring Boot dependency/package details, and I solved a Spring Boot API task from scratch.
Technical/system design angle — The conversation included design using Java and how to structure backend decisions.
Performance/memory/DB focus — In another instance, the questions centered on memory management, API slowness, and SQL query optimization.
Managerial/communication discussion — I also had a round assessing automation/real-time scenarios, teamwork, communication, and fit.
