I had a recruiter-led start and then several follow-ups that mixed fit/values with technical discussion, ending with an interview experience that felt natural and professional.

HR screen (phone/initial recruiter call) — I talked through my background, salary expectations, and notice period; the conversation felt relaxed and constructive.
Technical interview (senior engineer) — I discussed my technical experience and how I work within a team dynamic.
