I experienced a difficult, engineering-heavy assessment that mixed hands-on technical depth (including implementing patterns and discussing trade-offs) with a later HR/client-style alignment.

Technical round (deep dive + practical implementation) — I explained my project architecture/responsibilities, then was asked to implement and walk through a Generic Repository pattern with full CRUD flow across layers, plus discussion of unit testing with xUnit and scenario-based problem-solving.
System design / architecture case — I was given a system design case for a ride-sharing/car-pooling style system and had a short window (around three days) to solve and submit; the follow-up interview probed design choices and technologies/tools.
