I interviewed for a Software Engineer position with a .NET/react or C# leaning, and the main difficulty was hands-on technical questioning in a short, interview-style format.

Technical interview (C#/.NET fundamentals + coding) — I discussed C# OOP and framework concepts at an intermediate-to-advanced level, and completed a hands-on coding segment with two questions.
Live technical tasks (share screen + coding) — In another round, I went through a similar setup with .NET and React, including sharing my screen and answering two coding questions. Outcome: I wasn’t selected, but the experience felt focused on applying fundamentals quickly under time constraints.
