I experienced a fairly straightforward structure with theory/logical questions, then a deeper technical discussion, followed by HR—though in one variation the technical depth felt limited.

Round 1 (L1) — Theory-based and logical questions.
Round 2 (L2) — More detailed technical discussion.
HR round — Conducted for shortlisted candidates to confirm fit.
Variation — In another similar path, the questions were more behavioral with limited depth and the interviewer seemed less prepared. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the takeaway was that they used a clear ladder (L1/L2/HR), but depth varied.
