GenevaPosted Jun 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through an interview path that felt like it was designed to test how I’d think, not just what I’d done before.

My process started with an HR fit call, then I moved into a consultant-level conversation focused again on fit—how I work and how I approach the role.

The real step up came with a situation that was framed like real life: I was asked to advise a bank on a current project. It wasn’t a multiple-choice exercise; it was more about laying out my reasoning and advice clearly, then being able to talk through it. Finally, I had a call with a partner, which shifted back toward discussing my background and how my experience connected to what they needed.

Overall the experience felt more demanding
