My path started with a recruiter screen where we aligned on my experience and salary expectations.

After that, I went into interviews with consultants that mixed conversational assessment of my background with a case-study component.

The case piece stood out because it required actual prep and delivery: I was given time to work through the scenario, then I presented my thinking and handled follow-up questions afterward. After the consultant and case rounds, I moved into a partner interview where the focus shifted toward broader alignment with the firm, plus wider practice and industry context.

What I appreciated most was how each round flowed into the next without feeling like a restart.
