My process was definitely not very structured in the way I expected.

I remember getting questions that felt more random and general about the role, rather than a focused assessment that really reflected the hours or how demanding the position would be.

The conversations were still friendly, so the tone wasn’t unpleasant, but I never felt like the interview was drilling into the actual expectations of the role. I didn’t end up getting the position, and the whole experience left me with the sense that the process was underplayed relative to what the job seemed to require.
