I interviewed in a multi-stage flow that started with coding and then moved into long in-person rounds, but it ended in rejection.

Online aptitude + online coding — I took an aptitude test first, then an online coding test; I was shortlisted.
F2F technical round 1 — interviewers struggled to understand my projects and even had trouble reading my Java code, so I had to walk through it line by line.
F2F technical round 2 — asked a conceptual question about what happens when you type a query into a search engine; I answered directly.
HR round — ended with rejection.
Outcome: I didn’t get the offer, and my takeaway was to prepare to clearly explain both code and system-level “what happens next”
