I interviewed for Software Engineer and felt the technical portion was fine, but the process stalled afterward with limited communication or no clear next step.

Walk-in / onsite technical — coding questions where I answered them fully and felt my solutions were optimal.
Follow-up gap — after the interview, I didn’t receive feedback or a response despite contacting HR.
Process postponements (alt experience) — I also had a case where I cleared two rounds but managerial discussion never happened because the opening was repeatedly postponed and then marked as filled.
Outcome: Not selected; the takeaway for me was that communication and scheduling transparency strongly affected how the process felt.
