PunePosted Sep 2020 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had an interview experience where logistics and communication issues overshadowed the actual technical content, with long waits and delayed or missing updates.

Scheduling / initial round — I was told the interview was scheduled but showed up to confusion around candidate counts and panel timing.
Long waiting periods — I experienced significant delays between rounds, including waiting for the last stage.
Interview execution issues — In one case multiple candidates were handled at the same time, and communication with HR was unprofessional.
Follow-up problems — Even when I was told I cleared steps, the expected offer communication didn’t arrive or the process stopped without clear explanation. Outcome: I didn’t move
