I went through a short Calsoft interview with mostly fundamentals and a quick HR step, and it ended fairly early.

Aptitude + basic tech screen — an online round covering core basics like OOP; the overall difficulty felt manageable.
Technical round (coding/implementation) — coding based on what was already covered; I wasn’t well prepared and got rejected in the second round.
HR discussion — I didn’t reach this step, but the process overall was described as HR plus team coordination.
Outcome: I didn’t move forward, and my takeaway was to tighten basics before the first technical coding round.
