I went through a multi-stage Calsoft interview that strongly tested C fundamentals, OS/networking knowledge, and logical reasoning, and the process ended without an offer.

IQ test + twisted outputs — a fairly tough IQ test (series/quant/logical reasoning) plus many C programming basics and output-prediction-style operator questions.
Online coding test (3 questions, ~2 hours) — intermediate coding problems where recursion and pointers were relevant.
Technical round (core C/OS/networking fundamentals) — focused on C, plus OS and networking; the expectation was strong logical thinking.
Aptitude + technical (senior manager style) — another path of the same general structure included senior-manager-level discussion of technical fit.
