I interviewed for Software Engineer and experienced repeated process friction where interviews happened but a client round and offer never materialized.

First technical round — coding/technical evaluation with an expectation of document/sign-off steps.
Sign-off + documents — I provided requested documentation and the process continued.
Planned client round — there was supposed to be a client round, but it didn’t happen and no offer came.
Outcome: Not selected; the takeaway was that prolonged coordination without clear outcomes wasted time and reduced confidence.
