I went through a fundamentals-heavy Calsoft process built around online/written filters, then two technical rounds and HR.

Aptitude + coding/written filters — I applied through the college drive; candidates who solved all programs moved ahead. Another similar flow started with aptitude plus a coding test.
Technical Interview 1 — the discussions emphasized OS and data structures.
Technical Interview 2 — continued fundamentals; topics described across attempts included DS, basic C/Java concepts, and related core CS areas.
HR interview — a final HR round followed the technical interviews.
Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, and my takeaway was that being solid on OS + DS fundamentals
