IndiaPosted Dec 2018 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed through a multi-round, test-heavy process that felt fairly standard on paper but had inconsistent outcomes due to administrative hiccups and demanding screens.

Aptitude/IQ + C/CS + Python technical — Several assessments with scoring; I found it easy in one flow.
Technology-specific technical round(s) — Focus shifted to relevant topics like polymorphism/function overloading (in similar streams).
HR round — HR conversation was part of the later stage.
Operational mismatch in scheduling — In one case, I was called for an interview but told they couldn’t interview me because I had already been there.
Same-day long process — Another similar journey ran across a full day with immediate results and a follow-up HR next
