My interview process included a phone screening before a virtual onsite, and then the onsite itself turned into a set of many smaller meetings.

The pre-screen covered my background, and then the onsite was split into two days because of time differences.

During the virtual onsite, I went through six individual interviews. They kept the tone friendly, and the discussion focused on my research and publications, so it felt more like a conversation around my work rather than a pure question drill.

It ended with an offer, and even though the process used a lot of time for multiple interviewers, it felt easy for me overall. What stood out most was how natural the research discussion felt compared to more standardized technical screens.
