My process started out promising and moved all the way to an end-stage conversation with the CEO.

Along the way, I felt like the team was seriously engaged and that I was a strong match—especially because I was told directly they really wanted to hire me.

The problem was what happened after that final step. After meeting the CEO, everything went quiet. I got fully ghosted and didn’t hear anything for months.

I didn’t end up with an offer, and the lingering feeling was frustration more than confusion: the interviews themselves had gone well, but the lack of closure afterward made the whole journey feel unresolved.
