Vienna, VAPosted Jul 2017 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for Software Engineer and did well technically, but the role was later closed due to a clerical error.

Resume submission + technical interview — I sat down for a technical session where they grilled me on parts of my resume, and I felt it went well.
Follow-up delay + no-show — they said they’d contact me later, but I had to call them.
Outcome explained — they told me they couldn’t put anyone in the position and that it had been a clerical error. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the takeaway was that timelines and closing explanations matter.
