Arlington, VAPosted Jan 2019 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for Software Engineer and had a fairly quick introductory phone screen that then led into an in-person meeting.

Initial phone screen — we covered my background with basic questions to validate my knowledge, plus a high-level overview of what I’d be working on.
Follow-on interview — the phone screen was successful enough that I was brought to an in-person interview a couple of days later. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the takeaway was that the process moved forward quickly after the initial call.
