Chantilly, VAPosted May 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for Software Engineer with a standard screen followed by a final round that leaned strongly technical in a specific area, which made preparation crucial.

Recruiter call / screening — I had a ~30-minute recruiter screening about my interest and the role.
Final round (behavioral + technical case) — in the later stage, I faced a longer interview (around two hours) combining behavioral discussion with a technical case focused on machine learning. Outcome: I didn’t report an offer; the takeaway was that the final round could be deep in a specialized topic, not just general software questions.
