I interviewed for a Software Engineer role at C3 AI and found the experience unusually disrespectful, with long gaps, heavy rescheduling, and frequent ghosting after substantial effort.

Initial scheduling / recruiter coordination — My process kicked off with recruiter communication that quickly became chaotic, with delays and repeated timing changes.
Multiple technical steps — I completed at least some coding work (often described as easy to medium) before reaching later stages.
Broken interview logistics — I experienced postponements, cancellations, and interviewers not showing up, sometimes with no prior notice.
Final stage despite churn — Even when sessions were eventually delivered, the process still lacked clarity on next steps.
