Redwood City, CAPosted Oct 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My loop felt pretty relaxed overall, moving from an assessment through coding and a lightweight system design, plus another behavioral check.

Online assessment — an initial test before live interviews.
Screening (behavioral, ~30 min) — a short behavioral conversation.
Coding (LeetCode) — algorithm/code questions during the next rounds.
System design (pretty chill) — focused on designing an overall system rather than deep API-level details.
Behavioral follow-up — another behavioral segment to round out the loop. Outcome: Rejected/not hired; the tone was calm and collaborative compared to harder design experiences.
