My interview went smoothly with quick progression, multiple coding/system design rounds, and even reference checks plus H1B paperwork support.

Hiring manager outreach — first call with my background and role fit.
Coding/system design rounds (2–3) — graph and dynamic-programming style questions appeared across these rounds.
Deeper project discussion — an additional round with the same manager digging into my past experience.
Reference checks — at least two references, each discussed via a manager video call. Outcome: No offer reported here; the process felt cooperative and fast overall with supportive paperwork handling.
