Mountain View, CAPosted Jun 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a compact but demanding loop with a system design round plus two LeetCode-style coding interviews, and I didn’t hear back.

Initial remote coding / screening — a first remote coding-style check early in the process.
Onsite: system design — a dedicated system design interview.
Onsite: coding interviews — two LeetCode-style coding rounds.
Engineering manager conversation — a behavioral discussion with my background and how I’d work in the role. Outcome: No offer / no follow-up; I didn’t get clear closure after the onsite sequence.
