A recruiter reached out and asked me to send my information, and then things quickly turned into an online coding challenge and a technical screen.

After that, I went into three round-robin style interview rounds that mixed coding and design, with the questions staying around LeetCode-type problems plus architecture/design discussions. The whole flow felt organized and paced, and I could tell they were drilling both execution and how I thought about systems.

Once I passed the technical loop, I moved into interviews with the hiring manager and senior leadership. That final stage was more about fit and how I’d work in the environment rather than brand-new coding from scratch. Overall it felt like a deliberate sequence rather than random
