C3.ai Software Engineer interview experience

I experienced a process that felt confusing and unprofessional on the coordination side, even after working through the technical steps.

Initial screening call — I had a call with a software engineer.
Coding round — I did a LeetCode medium coding interview.
Two additional interviews — I then had one more coding interview and one design-focused interview.
Outcome: I was rejected despite solving the questions; the takeaway is that unclear interview coordination and poor interviewer support can undermine even a good technical run.
