I had a fairly deep resume-driven discussion early, then two technical rounds, and I was turned down after the technical interviews.

Screening with senior manager — covered my resume and went into details on specific technologies mentioned there.
Technical interview 1 (staff engineer) — coding/tech questions aligned to my background.
Technical interview 2 (staff engineer) — further deep technical evaluation. Outcome: Rejected after technical rounds; the questions were resume-deep and the decision came quickly via automation.
