I ran into a high-friction, difficult flow with precise round expectations, last-minute changes, and rejection quickly after heavy assessment.

Phone screen — a 30-minute screen.
Behavioral call — another 30-minute behavioral conversation.
HackerRank assessment (90 minutes) — multiple evaluation components followed by a PDF that described later rounds.
Technical rounds (per described plan, with a twist) — the plan suggested one DSA, a technical system design, and focused behavioral, but I was given a second DSA coding problem instead of the system design component. Outcome: No offer; I still performed well, but the last-minute deviation and rapid rejection without feedback left a sour ending.
