I had a comparatively smooth early experience with supportive interviewers, starting with straightforward screening and light coding before deeper steps.

Behavioral / recruiter screen — general questions about my background, weaknesses, and what I knew about the company.
Technical questions (easy/medium) — early rounds included a LeetCode-style easy or medium question.
Intro/resume-style conversation — an additional introductory chat where we reviewed experience and discussed what languages I felt comfortable with. Outcome: No offer; the interactions were supportive and positive, but I wasn’t converted into an offer from the early stages.
