San Jose, CAPosted Aug 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a long interview loop that felt poorly managed, with missing communication and an early or unexplained cutoff.

Recruiter / scheduling — I was contacted for the process, but I later discovered there was confusion about whether I was still in after the first stage.
Onsite / back-to-back interviews — I sat for multiple virtual interviews; in one case two onsite interviews were missed due to them not informing me I hadn’t passed, and in another case I completed all on-site rounds but still received only an automated rejection.
Post-interview follow-up — I reached out for feedback but only got generic responses or no reply.
Outcome: I didn’t move forward; the takeaway is that good
