I interviewed for a Software Engineer role at C3AI with an average difficulty process, starting with an take-home-style OA and then a sequence of tech interviews.

Online assessment (OA) — I received a 90-minute set of 3 questions after my resume passed; I was allowed up to two weeks to complete it.
Tech interviews (4 rounds, 45 minutes each) — Each interview was focused on my resume/experience, with interviewers taking my responses and questions from me rather than immediately jumping into solving coding problems. Outcome: I didn’t move forward, and the process felt more conversational around experience than purely problem-solving.
