Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I was set up for an interview with a recruiter, but the scheduling quickly turned into a mess.

The recruiter no-showed, and after waiting, I had to email to ask what happened. Eventually they offered to reschedule, but the initial experience left a bad taste.

I didn’t get far enough into any technical or onsite rounds to judge the role itself, and no offer came out of it. The biggest issue for me was simply that basic communication and time coordination didn’t feel dependable, which made the process feel unreliable from the very start.
