I applied via a campus event, completed an assessment, and then was tested with live LeetCode-style coding followed by a final decision.

HackerRank assessment — Two questions in a math/DP category and another about counting palindromic subsequences.
Senior engineer call — I had a one-hour call with half the time discussing prior projects and the other half focused on a LeetCode medium problem.
Outcome: I was rejected after the senior engineer interview; the takeaway is that even when I solved with help and improved from N² toward linear, it still wasn’t enough.
