ByteDance Product Manager interview experience

My hiring manager interview felt collaborative, and HR was good as well, which made the process feel friendly rather than combative. The company also offered a hybrid model, and I walked away feeling like the culture was genuinely positive and that employees were valued.

I don’t remember the process being a struggle—just an organized exchange of expectations and alignment. It left me with a favorable impression of the environment as much as the role.
