HR reached out about a month after I applied, and the process felt pretty streamlined once it started.

After that initial recruiter touchpoint, I moved into a round with my future direct line manager, where the conversation focused on my fit for the role and my background.

What stood out was that I then had a writing test, followed by another interview round. After those steps, there was an additional HR interview. End to end, it moved through multiple distinct stages rather than feeling like one long conversation, but it never felt chaotic—just clearly sequenced.
