ByteDance Product Manager interview experience

I was asked to describe my experience in Mandarin, though they were flexible about it if I used some English words when needed.

The whole experience felt understanding rather than strict, and it put more emphasis on communicating clearly in the language they used internally. Because of that, I didn’t feel overly penalized for mixing in English when I got stuck on specific wording.
