My process started with an HR call that covered overall understanding of my background, and they also asked about my current salary package.

After that, I moved into three rounds.

The first round was mostly project experience, and the second round went deeper—still project-focused, but with more attention to how I personally saw things and how my judgment worked. The third round was tied to the offer path: it involved a bonus discussion, debating the bonus, and then acceptance. By the end, it felt like they weren’t only evaluating me for the role, but also working through compensation details very intentionally.
