Burns & McDonnell Software Engineer interview experience

I took what felt like a standardized screening to assess fundamentals, and then I moved into a one-on-one technical interview.

Once the technical round was done and I was still in consideration, I was shortlisted again for an HR round. The overall journey felt fairly organized end to end, and the pace was reasonable for an engineering hiring flow, though nothing about it felt overly casual.
