I went through the HR stage and eventually they asked me to come in for an interview.

The part that really bothered me was that they wanted me to include a presentation about my career as part of the interview, and when I declined to do the in-person portion over that requirement, the whole conversation soured fast.

The way it was handled left me feeling like the interview structure didn’t match the spirit of a back-and-forth discussion. I ended up backing out and didn’t proceed further, and I still felt pretty strongly about how unreasonable it seemed to me that the process prioritized a pre-planned presentation when it could have just been a conversation.
