I went through an online start where I filled out a form, then about a week later I had a phone interview.

After that, the next step was an in-person interview that ended up spanning more than one day and started with group activities.

The in-person format was larger-scale than I expected, and the group portion took up most of the time, followed by a shorter conversation on the last day. After arriving, the overall vibe still felt relaxed enough that it wasn’t pure interrogation—more about getting a sense of how I’d fit and interact in a team setting. When the day was over, I felt like I’d been evaluated in a broader way than just one-to-one Q&A.
